Registration
In order to become a CrashSpace Inc. user, you must first create
an account on this web site. To create an account you are required to provide
the following contact information: name, email address, country, ZIP/postal
code, body shop profile information, and a password chosen by you.
Profile Information
Once a user, you may provide additional information in the Profile section describing your body shop services.
Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is
entirely optional, but enables you to better identify yourself and find new
opportunities in the CrashSpace Inc. system. To the extent any of the
information you provide at registration or in the Profile section is not
personally identifiable, it may be used in the same manner and extent which
other information that is not personally identifiable is permitted to be used
hereunder, including, without limitation, for the purpose of serving
advertisements through the service. If you opt-out you may lose the potential

CrashSpace Inc. may collect information through the CrashSpace
Inc. website or through the Customer Service website in

with damage on their personal vehicles find local body shops to help repair the
damage. The personally identifiable information you choose to provide on this
site is used to help connect vehicle owners and body shops and vice versa.

collected by CrashSpace Inc. Corporation from CrashSpace Inc. users (such as,
by way of example, patterns of utilization) and is exclusively owned by
CrashSpace Inc.. This information can be utilized by CrashSpace Inc. in such
manner as CrashSpace Inc., in its sole discretion, deems appropriate.
Sharing Information With Third Parties
CrashSpace Inc. takes the privacy of our users very seriously. We

information to any third parties for marketing purposes. We will only share your
personally identifiable with third parties to carry out your instructions and

processing company to bill users for transaction fees. These third parties do

a body shop’s bid for instance, will list your email address and name in
