- Click the “Get Started” button on the home page of www.crashspace.com.
- Enter information about your vehicle.
- Upload the photos of your vehicle.
- Finish by adding your email and zip code – don’t worry, we never share this information without your permission!
How does CrashSpace.com work?
- First, CrashSpace is absolutely FREE for anyone needing their vehicle repaired.
- CrashSpace has a network of over 8,000 body shops (and growing) in the United States.
- Once you submit your information, body shops within a 25 mile radius get notified of your vehicle’s repair request.
- Body shops review your vehicle information / photos and then submit a quote of how much it may cost to fix as well as how long it will take.
- You will get an email notification from CrashSpace every time a shop bids on your repair.
- You and the shop can send messages to each other (you will remain anonymous until you accept a bid from a shop).
- Once you are satisfied with the number of bids, you select one that you feel is best.
- Once you accept a body shop’s bid, we tell you how to contact the body shop.
- It’s that simple! Once you submit your information, all you do is sit back, relax and wait for bids to come in. No more driving around getting estimates and wasting your personal time!
Can I submit more than one vehicle repair when I sign up?

After I accept a bid from a body shop, am I obligated in any way to use this body shop?
- No. You have no obligation to use the body shop that you selected.
How can I trust the body shop’s quote and subsequent repair quality?
- Body shops get surveyed and rated by customers like you after they get their vehicle repaired. If you’ve used eBay, you know what we’re talking about.

I am a body shop – how does CrashSpace work?
- Potential customers in your area upload photos of their damaged vehicle to CrashSpace.com.
- You will be notified of the repair request via email or you can check by logging into CrashSpace.com.
- You review the vehicle info, photos and provide a quote for the repair.
- The customer reviews all their bids and if your bid gets accepted, CrashSpace.com will send you the customer contact info.
- You can also send messages to the customer to ask questions and promote your shop. The customer will remain anonymous until they choose you to do their repair. The customer could send you a message with their contact info if they choose to.
- IF YOU ARE A COLLISION REPAIR IN A STATE WHERE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WRITE ESTIMATES FROM PHOTOS, PLEASE CONTACT THE CLIENT THROUGH OUR MESSAGING SERVICE SO THAT YOU CAN COMMUNICATE WITH THEM ABOUT THEIR REPAIR AND SELL YOUR SERVICES.
