  1. Potential customers in your area upload photos of their damaged vehicle to CrashSpace.com.
  2. You will be notified of the repair request via email or you can check by logging into CrashSpace.com.
  3. You review the vehicle info, photos and provide a quote for the repair.
  4. The customer reviews all their bids and if your bid gets accepted, CrashSpace.com will send you the customer contact info.
  5. You can also send messages to the customer to ask questions and promote your shop. The customer will remain anonymous until they choose you to do their repair. The customer could send you a message with their contact info if they choose to.
  6. IF YOU ARE A COLLISION REPAIR IN A STATE WHERE YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WRITE ESTIMATES FROM PHOTOS, PLEASE CONTACT THE CLIENT THROUGH OUR MESSAGING SERVICE SO THAT YOU CAN COMMUNICATE WITH THEM ABOUT THEIR REPAIR AND SELL YOUR SERVICES.
